The Countdown to Vitamix Ownership

I have wanted a Vitamix ever since my friend Jessica's mother made me a smoothie with one post college. Sadly, this dream never came to fruition until recently when my husband and I decided that we needed to take our smoothie making to the next level and my father decided to buy us one as an early holiday gift. I never knew a blender could induce so many emotions, but as you can see below the Vitamix has great powers (literally and figuratively).

This is how we felt when my Dad called and said he bought us the Vitamix.
